Return Policy
If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of damaged items and email them to nivliving@gmail.com. Once the pictures are received and the damage is assessed, we will send out the replacement product within 48 hours. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return new or gently used products for store credit from the date of delivery.
