Melting is a natural reaction to any substance that reaches its melting point. If melting occurs, the whip consistency will change. However, oil does not evaporate, therefore the quality and nutrients are not affected by the melting.

Your product will be shipped via USPS two day priority mail. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 business days for product to be made. Our products are handmade in small batches.​

For deliveries within a 10 mile radius of zip code 60653, please allow up to 24 hours for processing and delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of damaged items and email them to nivliving@gmail.com. Once the pictures are received and the damage is assessed, we will send out the replacement product within 48 hours.
