Everything we make is handmade in small batches. Here's what goes into it, plus answers to the questions we hear most.

Our ingredients

  • Shea butter: rich and creamy, it helps skin feel soft and moisturized. A natural source of vitamins A and E.
  • Mango butter: the main butter in our whipped luxe cremes. Smooth, it melts right into skin. Naturally rich in vitamins A, C, and E.
  • Jojoba oil: lightweight and quick to absorb, for a soft, smooth finish. A source of vitamin E.
  • Grapeseed oil: part of the light base of our Deluxe Oils, and it gives our Virility creme a little extra glide.
  • Safflower oil: part of the light, fast-absorbing Deluxe Oil blend.
  • Avocado oil: adds richness to our Papaya Fire and Genesis cremes, and a bit more weight to our beard oils.
  • Argan oil: in our beard oils and Crowning Glory; with jojoba, it keeps the oil from feeling greasy.
  • Sweet almond oil: helps keep Crowning Glory and our beard oils light enough for everyday use.
  • Rosemary leaf extract: part of the fresh, herbal blend in Crowning Glory.
  • Tocopherol (vitamin E): added to every NiV recipe. It helps skin feel soft and smooth and helps keep the oils fresh.

FAQ

How do I use the cremes vs. the oils?
Cremes: warm a small scoop between your palms and smooth over damp or dry skin until it melts in, best after a shower or bath. Deluxe Oils: smooth over damp or dry skin and massage until absorbed. Each product page has its own How to use tab.

Do your products contain fragrance?
Most of our cremes and oils contain fragrance. Pure Whipped Luxe Creme is unscented, with no added fragrance. Crowning Glory is scented with essential oils. If you have sensitive skin, patch test before full use.

Why did my creme melt?
Our whipped body butters may soften or melt above 85°F. If that happens, refrigerate it for about an hour until it firms up. The texture may change, but the quality remains the same.

Where and how fast do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days, and custom orders need 2–3 business days to be made. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days). Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Shipping policy

Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available for select areas. For local delivery inquiries, please contact us at nivliving@gmail.com before placing your order, and we'll confirm availability.

What's your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to return new or gently used products for store credit. If your order arrives damaged, email photos to nivliving@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement within 48 hours of assessing it. Refund policy
